CHALLENGE
For WWF-Indonesia’s OECM project in Manggarai Barat, the challenge was to communicate information about local conservation areas, mangroves, biodiversity, and visitor guidelines through a series of physical information boards and infographics.
The designs needed to be informative and easy to understand while staying consistent with WWF’s visual identity and branding guidelines.
PROCESS
The process started by organizing the available content and identifying the key information that needed to be communicated in each location.
From there, we developed the visual direction, illustration style, information hierarchy, and layouts for different formats. The system was then adapted across information boards, directional signage, educational content, and biodiversity profile infographics.
The final designs were created with both readability and the physical environment in mind, making the information easier to understand for local communities and visitors.
